Crashes when I open the browser.

I bought this to download and trim video to use in presentations. It downloads, but it will not actually clip the video to the size I need. If you only want to download then this app is fine, although downloads slowly. If you want to edit your videos, find another app.

Forget about looking around the “Dark Net” and just get this—it works. I use OBS to record for YouTube and its output is always .FLV —this is problematic when I wat to edit with Adobe Premeire or After Effects. I spent hours, days, weeks looking for a cheap alternative to shelling out the cash—I basically lost money spending time looking for something that would do the job as quick as this can with real nice results. I am happy with it.

For the straight conversion this program is just fine. Don’t bother even trying the youtube download feature as will “Fail to obtain the video info” everytime.

Did the upgrade now it won’t open, it ttys, then it quits. Boo!!! Come on, please… A once great paid for app is now useless. OS X 10.9.5 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 8GB1600 MHz DDR3

The current version dosnt seem to work after the update and continues to crash. Buy directly from the site and not from the apple store.

After current update, the software itself is not launching!! please fix it.

Won’t open after update - repeatedly crashes.

This is a huge part in my work and it won’t let me download youube anymore!! Please fix this as soon as possible!!! Thanks guys

After the latest update you are no longer able to download YouTube videos. Thanks for taking away a key feature after I spent 25 bucks on your app

Current version not working with Yosemite update!

This app delivers. It converts AVCHD high def video from my camcorder, and is great for converting to/from dozens of formats. Full control over bit rates and resolution.

I have like the App it seems to do what it says it can do.

Very easy to use. The conversions are done quickly and the video editing feature saves a lot of time

Flat out does not open - tried on a 10.9.5 machine and a 10.10.2 machine. Program launches, then crashes every time - console says “terminating app due to an uncaught exception”. DO NOT BUY!

I cant even get this to open on OS X Yosemite. I just wasted $25.

I had the trial version and everything worked great so I decided to make this purchase. The day I bought it everything worked fine, but the very next day it stopped opening up and it hasn’t worked since. When this products works it’s one of the best out there Im really hoping this issue gets resolved.

Worked fin until a few days ago and now it won’t even open. Have deleted and re-installed but still know luck. Do not purchase this because it no longer works on the OS.
